International Nurses Day

International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world every May 12th, on the anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth. In some countries, this celebration has stretched out from a day to a week – we love this!

The theme for IND 2022 is ‘A Voice to Lead’, so to mark the occasion we have given voice to nurses by asking them why they decided to become a nurse. Thank you to those nurses who have shared their very personal stories, we celebrate you and all nurses around the globe – thank you for your extraordinary effort.
